I recently stayed at a 4 Bedroom 10 Berth Caravan with a Hot Tub and Mountain Bikes at Tattershall Lakes. The property was cheap, spacious, and came with bikes and a play station. The hot tub was lovely, and I appreciated the convenient access to the bedrooms. The heating was already on when we arrived, and having a dishwasher was a bonus. The nearby pub served amazing food, and the facilities and staff at Tattershall Lakes were great. The eat out to help out option was also a highlight.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The caravan had 4 bedrooms, a lovely hot tub, and efficient heating. Perfect for plane enthusiasts as Typhoons fly over the park constantly. The owner was helpful in explaining the guest pass process.
Felt totally at home, nothing to complain about.

Our stay at the 4 Bedroom 10 Berth Caravan was wonderful. The caravan was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The heating system kept us warm and cozy throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience. The entertainment options for both kids and adults were impressive, keeping everyone entertained.
Although the caravan was generally well-maintained, it could use some updates. The cooker/oven was a bit slow, but we managed to make it work.

The location of the caravan is ideal for plane enthusiasts, as there are Typhoons flying overhead constantly. The heating system in most rooms is efficient, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the resort offers a range of activities that can be booked through their website, ensuring a fun-filled stay.
The cleanliness of the caravan leaves much to be desired, with dust and dirt found on the doors and paintwork. The presence of insects and dead flies on the walls is quite off-putting, and the rusty dishwasher was unusable.

The property was big and spacious, accommodating all 8 of us comfortably. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other, which was a definite plus. the hot tub was a great addition and provided a nice relaxation spot for the adults. We also appreciated the bikes that were available for the kids, adding some extra fun to our stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the location of the property was quite inconvenient, as it was a 20-minute walk to the main area.

The location of the caravan was great, with easy access to explore the park and the surrounding area. The hot tub was a highlight and was regularly inspected and cleaned. The hosts were also on hand if we needed them, which was a plus.
The caravan was a bit dated and had some wear and tear. We had issues with the hot tub not being ready on arrival and the double bed being wobbly.

We had a great time at the 4 Bedroom 10 Berth Caravan Tattershal Lakes. The caravan was spacious and provided good entertainment for both kids and adults. It was a bonus that bikes and a PlayStation were included. The hot tub was lovely and having a door directly next to it made getting dressed convenient. The heating was already on when we arrived, making the caravan cozy from the start. The on-site pub in Tattershall village served amazing food. The facilities and staff at Tattershall Lakes were excellent, especially considering the difficult circumstances. The "eat out to help out" option was a nice touch.
While the property was cheap, there were a few minor inconveniences. Some basic items like hand wash, tea/coffee/sugar, and cleaning supplies were not provided, so we had to bring our own.
